Cody Harder

Cody Harder has a diverse work experience in various industries. Cody began their career at Allen Township as a Maintenance Assistant, where they efficiently managed tasks and took on projects. Cody then joined General Mills as an Operations/Engineering Co-op, where they created waste reduction plans and organized training sessions. Cody later worked at Bionix as a New Product Development Co-op Student, where they designed and modeled early-stage products and conducted quality assurance testing. Cody then progressed to the role of Product Development Engineer, where they played a pivotal role in the product creation process. Currently, Cody is a Product Development Manager at Bionix, responsible for monitoring product success, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Before their career, they gained experience as an Intramural Supervisor at The University of Toledo, where they developed a safe and enjoyable environment for participants and evaluated officials. Cody also served as a House Manager/Desk Worker, maintaining living quarters and ensuring resident well-being.

Cody Harder obtained a Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from The University of Toledo, which they attended from 2009 to 2014. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Product Management: Launching Your Product" from LinkedIn in February 2022, "Project Leadership" from LinkedIn in December 2021, "Selling into Industries: Healthcare" from LinkedIn in December 2021, "How to Have Fewer, Better Meetings" from LinkedIn in April 2021, and "Insights for Innovation" from IDEO U in January 2016.
