Marc Bonnefoi is Head of Sanofi’s North America R&D Hub which includes the R&D activities of Genzyme, Merial, Pharma, and Sanofi-Pasteur in the region. He also heads the global Scientific Core Platform Drug Disposition, Preclinical Safety, and Animal Research, which supports all Sanofi therapeutic units and Divisions.
Marc has worked at Sanofi and predecessor companies for more than 20 years in positions of increasing level of responsibility. Prior to this, he was Assistant Professor of Pharmacology and Toxicology at the Veterinary School of Toulouse, France.
Marc earned a doctorate in veterinary medicine and a Ph.D. in pharmacology from the University of Toulouse in France.
