Aset Kasenov

Aset Kasenov has a comprehensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Aset started their career as the Chief Financial Officer of G&G LLP, a trading company representing Italian luxury brands. During their time there, they conducted financial analysis, prepared reports and statements, supervised tax reporting, and managed financial resources. Aset also attracted cash and trade financing and negotiated with foreign suppliers.

After G&G LLP, Aset joined Zeinet as the Head of Finance Department and later became the Chief Financial Officer. In these roles, they were responsible for the financial management of the company.

In 2010, Aset joined Bayer as the Finance Controller. During their tenure, they held various positions within the company, including Finance Controller-Head of Finance, Almaty branch, and ultimately becoming the Head of Finance and Accounting. In these roles, they led finance, accounting, and business partner functions, designed and implemented finance and accounting policies, ensured compliance with regulations, and coordinated financial resources.

Most recently, in 2016, Aset joined Bionorica as the Head of Finance.

Aset Kasenov obtained a Bachelor's degree from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in the Faculty of Economics, specializing in International Economics, from 1997 to 2001. In 2013, they also achieved a Certificate level from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
