Justin David

Justin David currently serves as Associate Director of Translational Sciences Oncology at BioNTech SE, a position held since June 2024. Prior roles include Senior Principal Scientist and Clinical Biomarker Lead at Bristol Myers Squibb, where significant contributions were made to Phase 2 and 3 oncology trials for immune checkpoint inhibitors across multiple cancer types. Justin has a strong background in translational medicine, evidenced by various leadership roles focused on biomarker strategy and experimental design, alongside a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and Genetics from the University of Delaware. Previous experience includes positions at Precigen and Precision Biologics, as well as a postdoctoral fellowship at the National Cancer Institute.
