Olga Metelkina

Olga Metelkina is an experienced professional in the field of pharmaceutical research and formulation functionalization, currently serving as Associate Director at BioNTech SE since February 2022, previously holding the position of Scientist within the same department. Prior experience includes a PhD position at Helmholtz-Institute for Pharmaceutical Research Saarland, focusing on lectin-targeted liposomes and antivirulence drug development, and roles as a Junior Researcher at Lomonosov Moscow State University and the National University of Science and Technology "MISIS," where Olga conducted research on organic synthesis, nanoparticles, and MRI experiments.
