Pascal Brendelberger

Pascal Brendelberger is currently serving as the Director of CTSM Process & Operations Excellence at BioNTech SE since November 2023, where responsibilities include implementing continuous improvement structures, leading high-profile projects, and acting as the single point of contact for risk management. Prior to this role, Pascal held several key positions at STADA Arzneimittel AG, including Global Launch Excellence Lead and Head of Packaging Operations, where leadership of a large team and successful project implementation were notable achievements. Pascal's experience also encompasses roles at EY as a Senior Consultant, focusing on the implementation of holistic production systems and managing international projects, as well as internships and assistant positions in logistics and supply chain management. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain Management and Information Systems from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Münster.
