Paul Panorchan

Paul Panorchan is a seasoned professional in clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics at BioNTech SE since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Director and earlier positions in clinical pharmacology at Vertex Pharmaceuticals from February 2010 to August 2021, as well as research fellow and senior research pharmacokineticist at Merck from October 2006 to February 2010. Paul Panorchan holds a Ph.D. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware. Early education includes a high school diploma from Mount Saint Joseph High School.
