McKenzie Towns

McKenzie Towns is currently the Director of Customer Experience at PooPrints, where they oversee teams to ensure a positive customer experience with the program. Prior to this, they held various sales and marketing roles at BioPet Laboratories. McKenzie also has experience as a Merchandise Coordinator at Randy Boyd for Governor, a News Intern at WATE 6 On Your Side, and a Congressional Intern at the U.S. House of Representatives. They graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor's of Science in Communication, Political Science, Journalism and Electronic Media.
