Dawn Alderman

Dawn Alderman is a seasoned professional in the field of customer experience and biological sciences, currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Experience at AVS Bio since August 2023. With a strong foundation in strategic planning and product development, Dawn previously led initiatives at Abcam as the Senior Director MSE Antibodies Proteins and Strategy and the Site Head, Director of Product Development. Dawn's experience includes founding and developing automation processes at AxioMx Inc., which was acquired by Abcam, as well as leading various automation groups and managing production pipelines at multiple companies. An accomplished educator, Dawn has also contributed to the University of New Haven as an adjunct professor and held leadership roles on the Alumni Board of Directors. Dawn holds a Master’s degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of New Haven.
