Roger Henderson has over 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Roger began their career in 1998 as a Senior Recruiter at Yoh Company. In 2005, they moved to BioPhase Solutions, where they currently serve as Senior Manager, Scientific. At BioPhase Solutions, they specialize in the placement of scientific and clinical research personnel with biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device companies.
