Mindy J Richman

Mindy J Richman has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Mindy J is currently the Director of Sales Physician Infusion Programs at BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy. Prior to this role, from 2020 to 2022, they served as the Vice President of Clinical Operations at Clarity Lab Solutions, where they developed a network of clinicians to address the need for molecular PCR testing for COVID-19 nationwide. Mindy J also played a key role in opening testing sites in New York, Los Angeles, and Michigan, and developed a concierge testing model.

Before their time at Clarity Lab Solutions, Mindy worked at AIS Infusion Solutions from 2018 to 2020 as the National Nurse Manager. In this role, they oversaw the clinical support provided to nurses and managed infusion nurses across multiple states. Mindy J also opened nursing agencies in Florida, Kentucky, Indiana, Arizona, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

From 2013 to 2019, Mindy held various roles at Coram CVS/specialty infusion services, including Regional Territory Manager and Regional Sales Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for managing sales and territories within the infusion services division.

In 2017, Mindy worked as the Administrator at Family Home Health Services, further expanding their experience in healthcare administration.

Throughout their career, Mindy has gained valuable experience in sales, clinical operations, management, and healthcare administration.

Mindy J Richman has a Diploma in Nursing Science from Bryn Mawr School of Nursing and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist from Temple University. Mindy J also holds the RN degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Bryn Mawr College and a Diploma in Nursing Education from Bryn Mawr College as well. Mindy further pursued their education at Temple University, earning a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Educational Leadership and Administration, General. Mindy J also holds an MEd,BS degree from Temple University.
