Lindsey Alves

Lindsey Alves currently serves as Vice President of Customer Success at both BioProcure, Inc. and Prendio, positions held since February 2024. Prior to these roles, Lindsey was Vice President of Customer Success at Kalderos from July 2021 to February 2024, leading multiple customer success teams in a tech startup focused on drug rebate management. Lindsey's experience also includes serving as Head of Customer Success for Providers at Tempus Labs, Inc., and Director of Customer Success for North America at Wolters Kluwer Health. Early career roles at Emmi involved progressing from Implementation Manager to Director of Client Services, overseeing account management for a large portfolio of hospitals. Lindsey began a professional journey in healthcare while working at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Lindsey holds a BA in Biology, Spanish, and Pre-Medicine from Boston University, attained in 2007.
