Roger Anderson

As co-founder and Managing Partner, Roger sets the highest standards for client service for the firm. His vision and commitment to excellence provide the platform for the BioQuest service model which, for nearly three decades, has helped grow the firm into one of the leading healthcare specialty executive search firms in the United States. Roger's practice is focused exclusively on conducting searches at the CEO, Board, and VP levels. He has successfully completed more than 75 CEO searches for medical device and diagnostic companies, raising significant value for clients through the recruitment of outstanding leadership. Roger is an active member and investor with the Life Science Angels. He is a frequent speaker at medical technology conferences and also advises emerging medical technology companies. A San Francisco Bay Area resident for nearly for 40 years, Roger enjoys spending time with his family, sailing, gardening, attending the theater and exploring the nearby wine country. He received his Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of Wisconsin, and served for four years as a US Naval Officer.
