Shreya Chaudhary currently serves as a Senior IP Executive at Biorad Medisys Pvt Ltd since April 2024. Prior to this role, Shreya held the position of Associate at Singh & Singh Law Firm LLP from March 2022 to March 2024, where responsibilities included conducting prior art searches based on invention disclosures. Shreya’s experience also includes working as a Patent Engineer at STL - Sterlite Technologies Limited from September 2020 to March 2022, focusing on prior art searches, infringement analysis, and patent prosecution. Educational qualifications include an LLB(H) in Intellectual Property Rights from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, accompanied by practical experience in patent analysis and research during internships at prestigious organizations such as TVS Motor Company, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, and Cholamandal IP. Shreya holds a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from Raj Kumar Goel Institute of Technology, Ghaziabad.
