Vasco Santos has extensive experience in operations and product development within the food industry, currently serving as Operations Manager at Biorelevant.com since February 2016. Previous roles at the same company include Product/Process Developer and Production Manager. Prior to Biorelevant.com, Vasco worked as a Product Developer at Improveat from January 2013 to December 2015, focusing on food product design, quality control, shelf-life monitoring, and the development of HACCP plans. An internship at Biomode - Biomolecular Determination SA provided experience in quality management system documentation and preparation for various certifications. Vasco holds a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Biological/Biosystems Engineering from Universidade do Minho.
