Avv. Emanuele Curti has worked in various roles since 2014. Avv. Emanuele began at the Tribunale di Roma as a Delegato alle Vendite e Custode giudiziario. Avv. In 2017, they joined the Consiglio dell'Ordine degli Avvocati di Roma as a Componente Progetto Diritto Sportivo e Progetto Sport, Tornei ed Attività Sportive. Avv. Emanuele then moved to Biorfarm as General Counsel in the same year. In 2018, they became a Professore a contratto for the Master di II livello in diritto tributario "Luigi Einaudi", Università di Roma 1 "La Sapienza". In 2019, they became a Titolare of the Studio Legale Tributario Curti and a Componente Commissione di Diritto Tributario and Componente Commissione Contenzioso ed Esecuzioni Immobiliari of the Consiglio dell'Ordine degli Avvocati di Roma. In 2020, they joined Arkios Legal as a Partner and in 2022 they became a Cultore della materia di diritto tributario for Sapienza Università di Roma.

Avv. Emanuele Curti has a long history of education. Avv. Emanuele completed a Scuola di Specializzazione per le Professioni Legali from Università LUMSA in 2010, a Laurea magistrale in Giurisprudenza from Università della Calabria in 2008, and a Dottore in Diritto ed Economia from Università della Calabria in 2006. Avv. Emanuele is currently pursuing a Cultore della materia di diritto tributario from Sapienza Università di Roma, which they began in 2022.
