Adam Jaworski is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as CEO of Bioseco since September 2018, Adam has also co-founded and coordinated the Wind Farm Operators Forum since November 2016. Prior to these roles, Adam held key positions at Pexapark as VP of Business Development specializing in wind energy, and managed operations at Tundra Advisory sp. z o.o. as Managing Director. Adam's professional background includes significant experience in project management, investment analysis, and business development within the renewable energy field, complemented by early roles in EU consulting and public finance. Adam holds a Master of Science in EU Business and Law from Aarhus University and another Master of Science in International Economic Relations from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.

Bioseco developed the Bioseco Bird Protection System - highly innovative system that monitors and protects birds from colliding with wind turbines, Additionally we are working on Airport Fauna Monitoring System to prevents birdstrikes at the airports. Bioseco is a team of IT engineers, optical, radar and computer specialists who work closely with ornithologists, chiropterologists, aviation experts and high security installation specialists to develop, refine and optimise an innovative and cost-effective system that protects birds and reduce costs at the airports (during takeoff and landing, thereby increasing air passenger safety and reducing aircraft repair costs and bird mortality) and wind farms.
