Ons Sansa is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in healthcare product management and operations. Currently serving as Senior Product Manager Healthcare at BioSerenity since March 2019, Ons is responsible for defining product vision and strategy, overseeing platform migration, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop telemedicine applications. Previous roles include Product Owner/Customer Success Manager, focusing on telemedicine platforms and physician management, and Operations Manager for Neurophy in France and overseas, where expert technical support and team management were key responsibilities. Prior to BioSerenity, Ons held positions at ORPEA and a private physiotherapy cabinet, gaining expertise in operations management, client relations, and financial oversight.
