Ron Mikolajczak has extensive experience in sales and account management within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of National Accounts and previously as the AVP of Enterprise Sales at BioSerenity since April 2020, Ron has held significant positions at various organizations, including Vice President of Managed Care at VirtuOx, Inc. and Vice President Managed Markets at NovaSom, Inc. Ron's earlier roles include Director of Managed Markets at Oceana Therapeutics, National Account Manager at Valera Pharmaceuticals, Associate Director of Trade Marketing at Boehringer Ingelheim, and National Account Manager - Trade at Takeda Pharmaceuticals. Ron holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Marketing from Truman State University, earned between 1982 and 1985.
