Jeremy Willey

Jeremy Willey has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jeremy started their career in 2007 as a Crew Leader at Robards and Sons Lawn Care, where they led a team until 2009. From 2008 to 2010, they served as the Head Coach/Manager at Center Grove Travel Baseball Association.

In 2010, Jeremy joined Fastenal Company as an Outside Sales Representative. Jeremy excelled in this role, consistently growing their book of business and achieving high rankings on the monthly scorecard. Jeremy also opened a new store as an Outside Sales Rep.

In 2012, Jeremy transitioned to Renovia, where they held several positions including Estimator, Sales Manager, National Director of Sales, Regional Vice President of Sales, and currently as the Vice President of National Accounts. Jeremy Willey earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Marketing and a minor in Supply Chain Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. Jeremy attended the university from 2007 to 2010. Prior to their enrollment at Indiana University, Jeremy attended Rend Lake College in 2006-2007. Jeremy completed their high school education at Center Grove High School from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, Jeremy has obtained several certifications, including "Extreme Ownership Muster 016" from Echelon Front in April 2023, "Leading Others" from the Leadership Pipeline Institute in March 2021, and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification. The institution from which they obtained the Six Sigma Green Belt certification is unknown.
