Sierra Fisher

Sierra Fisher is an experienced professional in automation and internal applications, currently serving as Team Leader and Internal Application Scientist at Biosero since October 2022. Prior to this role, Sierra held the position of Senior Automation Scientist at Cradle Genomics, where responsibilities included leading automation efforts in cell biology and NGS labs. Sierra also contributed as Automation Team Manager and Automation Engineer, R&D at Color, focusing on high-throughput automation in NGS and COVID-19 laboratories. Early career experiences include serving as an Engineering Mentor at Brown University and a Research Assistant at Universidad de Cantabria. Sierra holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brown University, completed in 2018, and graduated from Bella Vista High School in 2014.
