Patrik Andersson

Senior Electronic Design Engineer at Bioservo Technologies

Patrik Andersson has over 20 years of experience in electronic design engineering. Patrik currently serves as a Senior Electronic Design Engineer at Bioservo Technologies, where they are responsible for developing electronics for soft exoskeletons. Patrik'srole involves pre-studies, requirements gathering, design, testing, production, field support, maintenance work, and EMC responsibilities.

Prior to this, Patrik worked as a Senior Electronic Designer at Elekta from 2019 to 2021. In this position, they focused on the development of motor servo, analog, digital, FPGA, and power electronics. Patrik conducted simulations for analog electronics and also handled the selection of motor, sensor, and drive systems. Additionally, they worked on finding solutions for radiation effects on electronics and system integration.

From 2011 to 2019, Patrik was a Senior Electronic Technical Engineer at CERN. Patrik'sresponsibilities included participating in the development and industrialization of motor drivers for the LHC. Patrik proposed improvements for various electronics subsystems, developed test procedures and test benches, and designed analog and digital signal conditioning and processing electronics.

Earlier in their career, Patrik worked at SSC - Swedish Space Corporation as an Electronic H/W Designer from 2003 to 2011. Patrik was responsible for the electrical system, battery system, power system, and the design of electronic boards for microgravity experiment payloads.

Before that, Patrik worked at Siemens Healthcare as an Elektroingenjor (Electrical Engineer) from 2000 to 2003. Patrik'srole involved working on X-ray Angiography and designing motor controls in FPGA, supporting production, and handling EMC and medical electrical tests.

Patrik Andersson obtained their kandidatexamen degree in Electronic H/W Medical from Mid Sweden University, which they pursued from 2006 to 2009.
