Katie Kennedy

Katie Kennedy is an accomplished professional in the field of genomics and veterinary diagnostics, currently serving as Study Director and Manager of Services Division at BioSkryb Genomics since April 2021, after holding the position of Senior Scientist. Prior experience includes a role as Technical Supervisor at ANDOR LABS, where leadership of a team of six facilitated the development of a training and review program. Katie's earlier positions as Staff Scientist and Postdoctoral Researcher at Sentinel Biomedical and North Carolina State University respectively involved significant contributions to clinical laboratory operations and research in canine oncology. With a Ph.D. in Comparative Biomedical Sciences from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor's in Molecular Genetic Technology from the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Katie has a strong educational foundation in the field.
