Doug Poling

Mr. Poling is a private investor with a financial and legal background. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President of AIG Financial Products Corp. with responsibility for three business units comprising energy and infrastructure principal investments, tax enhanced structured finance and US corporate marketing. Before moving to the business side, Doug served as General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer of AIG-FP for many years. He is a graduate of Tufts University (BA) and Yale Law School (JD).
