Nisha Shetti Narale

Nisha Shetti Narale's work experience includes serving as the Head of Human Resources at Biostadt India Limited starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Director at Cipla Health Ltd from March 2016 to October 2021. Nisha also held various roles at Cipla, including Sales HR lead and India Business & HR Lead for the Consumer Health Care Business from 2014 to 2021. Before that, they worked as a Deputy Manager in Corporate HR at Raymond Ltd from 2007 to 2014, where they were involved in compensation and rewards, policies and benefits, and HR analytics. Nisha began their career as a Trainee at ABN AMRO in 2006.

Nisha Shetti Narale completed their education at the University of Mumbai, where they obtained an MBA degree in Human Resources from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they graduated with a B.Com degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from R. A. Podar College of Commerce and Economics between 2000 and 2005. In 2013, they obtained a certification in Competency Based Interviewing Technique (CBI) from VSS Consultants.
