Ramkrishna Mudholkar

With over 35 years in senior leadership roles in the Agri industry, Mr. Ramkrishna Mudholkar has established himself as a strategic ag industry leader.

Mr. Mudholkar spent 25 successful years with DuPont, leading the Crop Protection business in South Asia and ASEAN, Solae Soy Protein business in South Asia and as DuPont Corporate President, South Asia. He also spent 3 years in USA working with international teams. While serving at DuPont, he earned a numbers of awards like the prestigious Global Marketing Excellence Award and many Business Excellence Awards.

At present, he lends strategic advice to Biostadt India Limited and a few other companies. He is also an Independent Director and board member of NACL, Co- Founder and Partner at Global BioAg Linkages and an independent investor in startups.

He is also keenly interested in girl child education and women’s empowerment and spends significant time with NGOs Prayatna School of Excellence, TalentNomics and IndigramLabs. He promotes education excellence by teaching students online and by supporting them with excellence scholarships.

Since 2013, Mr. Mudholkar has also chaired a few prestigious committees and industry associations such as AMCHAM F&Ag (2016 – 2017), Crop Life India Industry (2014 – 2017) and FICCI Agrochem (2013 – 2017). He has been presented with numerous accolades for his indispensable and exceptional advice at a global scale including the FICCI Agchem Industry Leadership Award.

Mr. Mudholkar has built, managed and led teams across companies. With his unique cross cultural approach and vision towards diversity and inclusion, he has also empowered people to become self- driven leaders. His talent management skills have helped stimulate careers and triggered growth experiences for many individuals across levels. His leadership orientation has enabled profitable business growth through key investment choices, innovative business models, customer focus and empowered employee engagements.

Mr. Mudholkar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Sciences and a Master’s in Business Administration from IIMA.
