Núria Capellas

Núria Capellas has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Núria is currently the Accounting and Administration Head at BioSystems since November 2021. Prior to that, they were the CEO and Partner of DINAMIC AUDITORS SAP from October 2013 to December 2020. In this role, they performed various auditing services and held the position of CEO in the Administration department. Before joining DINAMIC AUDITORS SAP, Núria worked at CONSULTORES Y AUDITORES SA as the CEO and Partner of Audit since May 2003 until April 2015. Núria'sresponsibilities included providing auditing services for individual and consolidated annual accounts and other related services. Núria also had leadership roles and responsibilities in the Administration department. Núria's earlier work experience includes serving as a Senior Accountant at KAPLAS SA from September 2001 to May 2003, an Assistant Portfolio Manager at BANCA PRIVADA INTERNACIONAL SANTANDER CENTRAL HISPAN from April 2001 to July 2001, and a Finance Accounting Specialist at PROFESSIONAL TRUST COMPANY LIMITED from June 1999 to April 2001. Núria started their career as an Audit Junior at Grant Thornton LLP from October 1998 to May 1999.

Núria Capellas attended Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona from 1992 to 1998, where they obtained a Licenciatura en Administración y Dirección de Empresas with a specialization in Contabilidad y finanzas.

In terms of additional certifications, Núria Capellas became a Miembro del Col·legi d'Economistes de Catalunya in January 2021, after completing their education at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Núria also obtained the certification of Inscrito como Experto contable acreditado from Registre d'Experts Comptables de Catalunya (RECC) in January 2020. Furthermore, Núria Capellas became Inscrito en el Registro Oficial de Auditores de Cuentas (ROAC) through ICJCE Auditores in June 2002. Lastly, they became a Miembro del Col·legi de Censors Jurats de Comptes de Catalunya in June 2002.
