Silvia Rosell Huguet has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Silvia began their career in 1984 as a Laboratory Technician at Labor Medica before moving on to Biosystems S.A. the following year.

At Biosystems S.A., Silvia held various roles, including a Technical Specialist in Immunofluorescence where they contributed to the development and production of a new line of in vitro diagnostic tests for autoimmune diseases. Silvia then progressed to the position of Quality Control Manager, where they oversaw the growth and adaptation of the Quality Control Department, managing a team of 2 to 15 people. Their responsibilities in this role included implementing ISO 9001, 13485, 17043 standards and conducting external audits.

In January 2019, Silvia was promoted to the position of Chief Customer Officer at Biosystems S.A., where they continue to contribute to the company's success.

Silvia Rosell Huguet began their education in 1979 at the Universidad de Barcelona, where they pursued a degree in Licenciada en Farmacia. Silvia successfully completed this program in 1984, specializing in Analisis Clínicos. Following this accomplishment, Silvia continued their education at the same university in 1988, obtaining a Licenciada en Farmacia (FIR) degree with a specialization in Especialidad en Análisis Clínicos in 1989.
