Jim Lammers

Jim Lammers is an experienced technology executive currently serving as the Chief Technology and Information Officer at BioTAB Healthcare since January 2025. Previously, Jim held dual roles as Chief Information Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Pharmacy Partners, LLC / Altus Biologics from January 2018 to December 2024, and served as EVP Chief Technology and Strategy Officer for the Federal Reserve System from January 2016 to December 2018. Prior to these positions, Jim worked as an independent consultant providing CIO and CTO services before holding various technology leadership roles at Express Scripts from January 2004 to December 2015. Jim holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University and has also attended Washington University in St. Louis.
