Myra Ceasar

Myra is a Senior Delivery Services Consultant at BioTeam. Myra is a Project Management Professional (PMP), with experience managing IT Programs and Projects, and supporting Project Management Offices (PMOs).

Prior to joining BioTeam, Myra worked as a Management Consultant leading Data and User Onboarding Projects and Stakeholder Engagement for a Federal Data Services Program. Additionally, Myra worked in various roles within Information Technology organizations, such as Project/Program Management, Governance, Quality Assurance, and Release and Deployment Management. Based on these diverse experiences, Myra understands the opportunities and challenges that exist within organizations (and the need to identify strategies to overcome them.) Based on her educational background in Organizational Development and Knowledge Management, Myra believes that “people” are the critical success factor to implement Information Technology as it relates to the people, process, and technology framework. At BioTeam, she works alongside brilliant colleagues, contributes to client success, and ultimately supports the important work of the scientific community.
