Ryan Oltman

Ryan Oltman is an experienced professional in sales and business development, currently serving as the Director of Sponsorship & Exhibit Sales at the Biotechnology Innovation Organization since February 2024. Prior to this role, Ryan held various positions at the Consumer Technology Association from September 2019 to February 2024, including Director of Exhibit Sales and Director of Business Development. Ryan's career began at the Navy Mutual Aid Association, where Ryan advanced from Sales Representative to Sales Manager from March 2011 to August 2019. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications Media from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, The Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®) designation from The American College of Financial Services, and an Executive Leadership Certificate from Cornell University.
