Scott Frotman

Scott Frotman is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public affairs and strategic communications. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at the Biotechnology Innovation Organization since August 2013, Scott has held several leadership roles within the organization, including Vice President and Managing Director of Communications. Prior to this, Scott worked at the U.S. Small Business Administration as Senior Speechwriter and held a position as Senior Advisor/Speechwriter at the Export-Import Bank of the United States. Additional experience encompasses roles in communications at the United Food & Commercial Workers International Union and at the Office of Congressman Luis V. Gutierrez, among others. Scott holds a Master's degree from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and History from Indiana University Bloomington.
