Rick Morton

Rick Morton has worked in the medical field since 2000. Rick has held various roles, beginning with Regional Director at Astellas Pharma in 2000, followed by Manager at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals in 2002, Managing Director at WG Access Consulting in 2004, Senior Director and VP at PAREXEL in 2009 and 2012 respectively, Global Market Access at Novartis in 2012, Head at Allergan in 2013, Non Executive Director and Chair of Clinical & Scientific Committee at Biotherapy Services Ltd in 2018 and Managing Director & Chief Medical Officer at VMLY&R Health in 2018. Rick is also a member of the Executive Leadership Committee at the Medical Affairs Professional Society (MAPS).

Rick Morton has a diverse educational background. Rick completed a B.Sc(Hons) in Pharmacology from the University of Liverpool in 1990-1994, followed by a PhD in Neuropharmacology from the University of Manchester in 1990-1994. In 2006, they attended Brunel University London for a field of study in Health Economics. In 2007, they attended the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education.
