Zur Granevitze

Zur Granevitze is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in biotechnology and agricultural innovation. Currently serving as CEO at BioTip and an active board member for C-Crop, Granevitze has held significant roles since February 2020. Prior experience includes entrepreneurship and consulting from January 2018 to January 2021, focusing on technology management within the Phenomics consortium. Granevitze was the Director of Breeding Technology at Hazera Seeds from 2012 to December 2017, overseeing over 100 projects and leading strategy development. Earlier career phases included a role as Collaboration Manager at Evogene, where Granevitze facilitated partnerships with Bayer Crop Science. Granevitze holds a Ph.D. in Population Genetics and Bioinformatics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, attained between 1996 and 2007.
