Rachel Chase

Rachel Chase, SPHR, is currently the Vice President of Global Human Resources at BioTouch, where they focus on fostering a culture of growth and excellence within a global healthcare logistics provider. Previously, they held significant roles at Merz Pharma, including Global Business Planning Director and Chief of Staff to the CEO, and Vice President of Human Resources & Communications at Merz Therapeutics, where they implemented the organization’s first Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy. Rachel began their career in human resources with positions at APEX Analytix, LLC, and ScriptLogic, and they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
