Shannon Carney-Chuckran

Shannon Carney-Chuckran has a diverse work experience in human resources and plan administration. Shannon began their career at ING in 2004 as a Plan Administration specialist, where they worked until 2012. In 2011, they joined New England Express LLC as a Human Resources Manager and remained in that role until 2015. From there, they joined Biotrans Logistics as a Senior Human Resources Manager and was later promoted to Human Resources Director in 2022.

Shannon Carney-Chuckran attended Delaware Technical Community College from 2000 to 2003 and earned an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections. Shannon then pursued further education at the University of Delaware from 2003 to 2004, focusing on Criminal Justice and Corrections. Later, in 2007-2008, Shannon studied Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Phoenix.
