Kay Kaschube

Kay Kaschube is an experienced engineer with a strong background in process development, particularly in the fields of solar technology and temperature sensors. Currently serving as Head of Process Development at BIOTRONIK since November 2018, Kay has previously held positions such as Senior Process Development Engineer at BIOTRONIK and Process Engineer at TDK Sensors AG & Co. KG, where production processes for temperature sensors were developed and improved. Prior experience includes leading a team at Bosch Solar CISTech GmbH as Lead Process Engineer for PVD processes in thin-film solar panel production, as well as roles at Odersun AG and PVflex Solar GmbH focused on PVD process development. Kay holds a Diplom-Ingenieur (FH) in Physikalische Technik from the Technical University of Applied Sciences, obtained in 2007.
