Laura Hölzel

Laura Hölzel has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Laura began their career at MAN Diesel & Turbo, where they gained practical experience as an intern and bachelor student, focusing on production optimization. From there, Laura joined Standardkessel as a working student, where they worked in project management. Laura then joined Outokumpu as a Master's candidate, specializing in logistics. Most recently, Laura has been working at BIOTRONIK, where they progressed from being a process engineer to a project manager and then to a senior project manager. Laura is currently the Head of Business Strategy & Innovation Management.

Laura Hölzel holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen - Produktion und Logistik from Hochschule Niederrhein, which they completed from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Maschinenbau - Produktion from Th Wildau, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. In 2013, Laura also participated in an Auslandssemester in Internationale Ökonomie at Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak Campus. Additionally, they have obtained the IPMA Level D certification in 2016.
