Lauren Bhayat

Lauren Bhayat is currently the Chief People & Brand Officer at Biovac, responsible for leading the people infrastructure and experience, as well as brand development. With a background in HR roles at companies like Litha Healthcare Group, Nedbank, TransUnion, and Safmarine, Lauren has a wealth of experience in developing people strategies and policies. Lauren holds a Senior Executive Programme from Harvard Business School and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Milpark Business School, along with a Bachelor's degree in Social Science from the University of Cape Town.
