Joe Lamotta

Joe LaMotta has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Joe started their career as a Physical Therapist and worked as an Independent Traveling Physical Therapist nationally. Joe then transitioned into management positions, serving as a Clinic Manager at Sports and Orthopaedic Rehabilitative Services and as a Senior Project Manager at Cortex Communications.

In 2001, Joe joined Stryker as a Spine Specialist and successfully grew sales in central and north central Florida. Joe achieved an average annual sales of $1.3M within four years. Following this, Joe co-founded Scendia Med-Surg, where they increased sales by 80% in the first year and maintained a total annual sales average of $3.41M.

Joe further expanded their expertise in medical device sales by working at J&J Diversified as a Medical Device Sales Professional for a brief period. Joe then joined G.E. Walker, Inc. and held multiple positions, including VP of Sales and Business Development and Chief Business Officer. Joe'sachievements at G.E. Walker, Inc. include transitioning the company from analog to digital imaging technology sales and service platform, achieving significant sales growth, and maintaining profit margins in challenging market conditions.

In recent years, Joe has held leadership roles in the healthcare industry. Joe served as Regional Sales Director for BrainsWay, where they rebuilt and restructured the sales force, resulting in increased sales and revenue growth. Currently, Joe is working as the Director of Sales - Florida at Bioventus.
