Michelle Bychowsky

Michelle (Benjamin) Bychowsky has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michelle started their career as a Pharmacist at Genovese Drug Stores, Inc., where they prepared and dispensed medication, assessed medication management, and counseled patients on using prescription and over-the-counter medications. Michelle then moved on to work as a Pharmacist at Central Fill Inc./National Prescription Administrators, where they processed mail order prescriptions and managed inventory and dispensing of drug compounds.

Michelle then transitioned to the field of clinical trial supply chain management at Pfizer. As a Clinical Trial Supply Manager and later as a Clinical Trial Supply Team Leader, they managed forecasting, procurement, manufacturing, planning, and scheduling of clinical supply chain activities for numerous global clinical trials. Michelle also contributed study design expertise and implemented cost-saving measures while improving supply availability.

Michelle continued their career at Mannkind Corporation, where they served as the Manager of Clinical Trial Supply Chain. Here, they managed the end-to-end supply management for multiple global clinical trials, including trial budgets, contract negotiations, and contractor selection.

Michelle also worked at Novartis, where they held various roles in contract packaging and drug supply management. Michelle directed contracted activities for the packaging and labeling of global clinical trials, managed project budgets, and led cross-functional teams. Michelle also managed all contracted activities for local US and global clinical trials, recruited and trained staff, and allocated resources effectively.

Most recently, Michelle has been working at Bioventus as the Director of Sales in the Pain Treatment Division. In this role, they are responsible for driving sales and providing clinical and technical information to healthcare professionals and patients. Michelle has also held positions as a Senior Medical Device Sales Representative and a Medical Device Sales Representative at the company, where they promoted and educated healthcare providers and patients on medical devices.

Throughout their career, Michelle has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and a commitment to improving processes and customer satisfaction. Michelle has a proven track record in the healthcare industry and continues to excel in their current role at Bioventus.

Michelle (Benjamin) Bychowsky holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Pharmacy from the Arnold & Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy at Long Island University.
