Katja Altermatt

Katja Altermatt currently serves as a Senior Financial Accountant at BioVersys AG since July 2025. Prior to this role, Katja held the position of Abteilungsleiterin Treuhand at BDO Switzerland from April 2023 to June 2025, and worked as a Fachspezialistin Geschäftsleitungssekretariat at Basellandschaftliche Gebäudeversicherung (BGV) from September 2021 to March 2023. Katja's career at BDO Switzerland also includes positions as Assistentin Direktion and Mandatsleiterin Treuhand, Assistentin Direktion und Treuhand, and Assistentin Financial Services from September 2014 to August 2021. Earlier experience includes working as an Assistant Audit Financial Services, Regulatory and Compliance at KPMG AG and various roles at CABB, including Operational Procurement Manager. Katja obtained a diploma as a Treuhandexpertin from Kalaidos Fachhochschule Schweiz and completed a CAS in Internal Auditing from the University of St.Gallen, alongside a Bachelor of Law from Université de Fribourg - Universität Freiburg.
