Alex Gusev

Alex Gusev's work experience began in 2017 as the CEO of SPEAKUS Ltd, where they achieved product-market fit through a successful pivot and secured pre-seed investments. In 2019, they joined AWATERA as a Product Manager, completing a share swap deal and integrating business processes. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Product Manager at TRANSLIT, managing a remote team and transitioning to an advisory role. In 2021, they became the Startup Acceleration Program Director at Terraforma Agri-Food Tech Accelerator, developing program frameworks and mentoring startups. Currently, in 2023, they hold the roles of Chief Business Development Officer at Biovolf and Advisor at Tabit.

Alex Gusev completed their Master's degree in Economics with a focus on State and municipal finance at Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and investment management from Newcastle University Business School. Alex attended Newcastle University from 2010 to 2011 and Finance University from 2005 to 2011.
