This team, consisting of junior and senior designers, works collaboratively to develop unique product concepts, while the Head of Sourcing & Production and their managers ensure efficient and ethical sourcing and manufacturing processes. The Senior Product Developer oversees the product lifecycle from conception to final execution, ensuring that each item meets the company's standards for creativity and quality.
