Dawn Hicks

Dawn Hicks has a diverse work experience in human resources and talent management. Dawn worked as the Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources at BIOWORLD MERCHANDISING from 2015 to present. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Talent Management at Oak Mortgage Group for a brief period in 2015. From 2012 to 2015, they were the HR Manager at SUCCESS Partners. Before that, they held the position of Manager of Health & Welfare Benefits at Commercial Metals Company from 2008 to 2012. Dawn also worked as a Benefits Manager at Sally Beauty Company from 2005 to 2008 and as a Benefits Analyst at FedEx Kinko's from 2004 to 2005. Dawn'searly career involved being an HR Administration & Benefits Specialist at Footstar from 2001 to 2004.

Dawn Hicks completed their education from 2002 to 2008 at Dallas Baptist University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management. Dawn'sfield of study focused on Communication and Organizational Management, with a specific emphasis on Human Resources. In addition to their degrees, they also earned a certification in Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2005.
