Timothy (TJ) Jones has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Timothy (TJ) currently serves as a Regional Sales Director at BioXcel Therapeutics, Inc., starting in November 2021. Prior to this, they held the same role at Biogen from May 2020 to October 2021.

Before their roles in the pharmaceutical industry, Jones worked as a Regional Business Director at La Jolla Pharmaceutical Company from April 2019 to February 2020.

Timothy (TJ) has also worked as a National Sales Director at ZappRx E-Prescribing from November 2017 to February 2019, where they led a team focused on sales and reimbursement for specialty medications using digital solutions.

From 2015 to 2017, Jones operated their own consulting business, TJJones Leadership, where they worked with various companies, including Novartis, Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Wolters Kluwer, and more, to accelerate performance and personal growth.

Additionally, they have experience as an Area Business Manager at Horizon Pharma plc from July 2014 to May 2015, and as a Specialty Sales Manager at Pfizer from January 1999 to March 2005.

Jones began their career as an English Teacher and Coach at LaSalle College High School from 1993 to 1995.
