Manuela Marino has worked in various roles in the past four years. In 2020, they were the Director of Business Development and Influencer Relations at bioXcellerator, where they contracted over 50 celebrity and professional athletes to the clinic, generating over 250 SQLs for the BioXcellerator brand and resulting in 72 net-new clients and $1.7m in revenue for the clinic. Manuela also closed 54 clients generated by the above influencer strategy campaign, overseeing the full sales cycle as well as scheduling and billing. In 2018, they were the Patient Relations & Business Development Manager at bioXcellerator, where they exceeded established 300K/month sales goals by 100K/month and developed a successful sales process. Manuela also developed and signed over 10 strategic partnerships with hotels, fitness centers, spas, tourism and transportation companies located in Colombia. Additionally, they were the Marketing & Sales Leader at bioXcellerator, where they researched and developed the company's Buyer Personas and strategized outreach through LinkedIn campaigns. In 2016, they were the Key Account Manager and International Business Analyst at Triario International.

Manuela Marino obtained their Bachelor of Science in International Business from Universidad EAFIT between 2011 and 2016. In December 2020, they completed a certification in Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies from HarvardX. Additionally, they received a certification in Developing a Sales Plan from HubSpot in January 2017.
