Katherine Jett Hayes

Katherine Jett Hayes is an experienced health policy professional currently serving as a Fellow and Director of Health Policy at the Bipartisan Policy Center since January 2013, where responsibilities encompass leading initiatives related to Medicare, Medicaid, and delivery system reform. Previously, Katherine served as an Associate Research Professor at George Washington University, focusing on Medicaid integration and health reform. Katherine's extensive background includes roles as Vice President of Health Policy at Jennings Policy Strategies, Legislative Counsel for Senator Evan Bayh, and various positions in government relations and advocacy. Katherine holds a JD from American University Washington College of Law and a BA in International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
