Guillermo Vacas Madrid has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing and brand management. Guillermo started their career as a Digital Planner & Campaign Controller at Optimedia Spain in 2014, where they were responsible for planning and coordinating digital campaigns for various clients. Guillermo also handled negotiations with media communication companies and provided comprehensive campaign monitoring and reporting.

In 2015, Guillermo worked as a Creative & Digital Marketing Consultant at Hydra Social Media, where they provided creative and digital marketing expertise. Guillermo then joined Good Rebels anteriormente Territorio creativo in 2016 as a Digital Marketing Consultant & Creative Content Planner, focusing on providing consulting services and planning creative content strategies.

In 2017, Guillermo became a Creative Project Coordinator & Digital Expert at Black Sterna, a digital community of video content creators in the travel sector. In this role, they were responsible for brand creation and development, digital platform and community development, and creative direction for project content and image. Guillermo also collaborated with collaborators, optimized online channel investments, and developed digital marketing campaigns to increase project visibility.

Since 2018, Guillermo has been working at Bipi, initially as a Digital Marketing Strategist, where they developed and executed marketing and brand strategies, managed campaigns, and planned user acquisition strategies. In 2020, they were promoted to Marketing Manager, taking on additional responsibilities such as coordinating creative digital campaigns, managing the brand, content, design, and social media team, and creating and executing the marketing and brand strategy. Recently, Guillermo has taken on the role of Head of Marketing & Brand at Bipi, where they oversee the overall marketing and brand activities for the company.

Guillermo Vacas Madrid obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Advertising and Public Relations from ESIC Business & Marketing School, with a field of study in Communication and Media. Guillermo also completed an Advance Program in directive skills from the same institution, with a focus on Business. In addition, they completed an Advance Program in creativity and innovation from Brother, Escuela de Creativos, with a specialization in Advertising.

Furthermore, Guillermo Vacas Madrid pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising and Institutional communication from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires' from 2013 to 2014, with a specific focus on Advertising.
