Biprogy is mainly engaged in the provision of information technology (IT) solution services. The Company has six business segments. The System Service segment provides contracted software development services, system engineer (SE) services and consulting services. The Support Service segment offers the maintenance, introduction and support services of software and hardware. The Outsourcing segment provides contracted operation services of information systems. The Networks Service segment offers network system building services. The Software segment provides software based on the software licensing agreement. The Hardware segment offers hardware based on the equipment sales contract and leasing agreement. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had 18 consolidated subsidiaries.
